On a large project you see a small but significant improvement in the way the client could be working , what do you do?
We believe in being pro-active. Bring up improvement ideas when you see them. Perhaps run the idea by your manager or colleagues first though.
Keep it to yourself, there’s probably a reason for doing it like that
Wait until the subject comes up naturally and then discuss
Let the client know your thoughts as soon as possible
You feel like a coffee. What do you do?
We believe strongly in the strength of teamwork. Building and maintaining strong teams begins with the little things
Grab a quick one so nobody notices
Stay thirsty, no one else seems to need coffee
C. Ask your colleagues of they want a coffee too.
A colleague is swamped in work and asks you to take over some of their tasks. What do you do?
Working together and helping each other is part of being an open, ambitious organisation, just like talking about workload and workload distribution within the team and creating a better understanding of the workplace.
Sure, I’m not busy at all
Help out but discuss workload within your team.
I’m busy too, they should improve their time management skills.
We all have off days. What does yours look like?
Everyone understands if you share your thoughts and worries. It’s part of being there for one another and reaching goals. Personal and business.
Don’t talk to me!
Go into overdrive and crack cynical jokes
Talk to a colleague about what’s bothering you
What do you feel technology can contribute to a better future?
At Dynniq we believe in the power of technology to change the world for the better, with smart solutions that reduce emissions and improve quality of life. But it’s up to us to make it happen.
Technology created all the problems, it needs to be tamed.
Technology can change the world for the better, if we work really hard.
Technology will solve everything, it’s the natural order of things
What best describes you?
Our people are highly skilled, and highly motivated to make a contribution to Dynniq and to the society they work in. We like to let our work do the talking.
I always work hard and will let others judge how good I am.
I’m good at what I do and could teach you guys a lot.
I’m sure there’s something out there I’m good at.
How do you see your role in life?
Our motto is: We take a seat in your world. That means that we are all highly motivated to make a contribution to Dynniq and to the society we work in. You could say that just doing your task is not enough.
I execute my task, that’s all I have to worry about. Simple.
I want to feel that what I’m doing contributes to the world around me.
I want to be seen as a winner, at all times.
If you have the choice between the newest innovation and tried and tested ideas, what do you pick?
Our customers come to us for cutting edge solutions that push the envelope and are future proof, we balance that with our promise to always be reliable.
The cutting edge is the most future proof – as long as it actually works.
I always prefer to work with what I know rather than the newest trendy thing.
Life is one big experiment, let’s explore the boundaries of the possible.
