What I do and why I love it

I manage a very busy maintenance team in the North East, in my role I manage all aspects of contracts. From from ensuring that training, H&S, equipment and staffing requirements are fulfilled; scheduling works, overseeing spares and customer liaison. Is strive to provide a profitable but cost-effective solution for our customer’s needs.

My role is most fulfilling when everything is running in harmony. Quite difficult to achieve as each stakeholder has different needs but when everyone’s happy it’s a rewarding role to be in.

My career path at Dynniq

I started as an apprentice in 2006 in the urban department. After that I progressed through the organisation gaining gaining both practical and project management skills working on high value projects and managing large teams of contractors and permanent staff.

Dynniq has supported my development. Initially through my apprenticeship, and following that in helping me complete my HNC. I have also achieved industry recognised qualifications such as SMSTS, PRINCE2 and ITIL V3.

Making the difference

Having worked from the ground up, in electrical, communications and project environments, I am able to provide a breadth of support to the clients from both an engineering and commercial perspective.
